Kayaking on I-5 in Chehalis
One of my friends is an outdoorsman living in Winlock, which is a few miles south of Chehalis. So of course he took advantage of the weather to head out and see what he could see. He saw a kayaker.
On I-5.

Not only is he kayaking on the freeway, but he’s going northbound in the southbound lanes.
